Blizzard Do Know How To Keep Customers Loyal


The Customer Support is one of the most important department of a company, no matter on what domain the company it’s activating.

I was surfing the almighty when suddenly I got a picture where a guy wrote a ticket and the reply he got was not what many would expect to be. You can read the ticket below:

That is a tremendous ticket reply I have never never seen before. I’m happy that the guy received back his 90 days of game time he haven’t played and all respect to that Game Master for his help and professional reply. I know that the GM couldn’t take all the credit for this kindness and that’s why a great part of the /respect goes to all the Customer Support staff.

This act of kindness coming from the Customer Service of Blizzard is not a singular case and I even have received help from them which I did not expect to receive. This is how you keep your customers loyal!
