Techies is one of the most popular heroes in Defense of the Ancients 2 but his popularity grew really fast after his release and players insta-lock him almost every game making him even famous. Who still does not know what Techies can do, I will briefly explain:

Techies is a hero consists of 3 small goblins who plant bombs all over the map and drive the opponents nuts to the point they smack their keyboard off.

To be efficient with this hero you must know where and when to plant the bombs. Well, this is the problem. As U.K uses Counter-Strike to train policemen and soldiers, so Techies can work for terrorists.

American officials have taken steps to halt terrorist training through video games. They believe that playing Techies, players get skills in planting bombs which can be possible in real life too and such measures help fight terrorism.
It is unclear whether U.S.A will ban games like Counter-Strike or any game containing terrorist materials.
